I purchased a 2021 Nissan but shortly afterwards the check engine light came on, which literally creates anxiety. My dealership contacted autonation Nissan and set up an appointment for the next morning so they could do a 150 point inspection and handle the engine code. From the moment I arrived everyone seemed kind, professional and helpful. My service advisor was Mike Martinez and he looked over some notes and let me know that it would take about 2 hrs to get to the bottom of the check engine light. Mike contacted Nissan warranty and got the replacement parts for the catalytic converter approved because it was just past the warranty coverage in miles… because it had something to do with emissions and sounds like it would be an expensive fix if I had to come out of pocket and then forward bill to the 12,000 /12 month warranty that came with the purchase. Mike Martinez customer service skills were top notch with me, warranty dept approved ordering the parts to fix and set an appointment to drop off my car as soon as the parts came in.. luckily that was the next morning, he let me know they would need it overnight. I made arrangements and now everything seems to be just fine now. I also witnessed Mike speaking fluid Spanish with a few of his customers waiting in the waiting room with me he definitely keeps his customers informed on what’s happening with their cars and explaining things in someone’s language puts everyone at ease. I’ll be back when I need the 50,000 mile service

Service Advisor lacks training and turnover has been so high at this place. Was told I had to do my oil change every 3 month or 3k miles but I had upgraded the oil change in the past to 6 months or 5k miles. Also told my battery needed to be changed when I had just changed it in September which was 4 months ago. Thank goodness I had purchased the warranty when I had the battery replaced. In the past when I brought up any concerns, the service advisors will look into the issues and make recommendations. Recently I had a noise coming from the front of the car and I asked for it to be checked when I went to get my oil changed but was told I had to pay for the technician to take a look. Been going there for over 10yrs and never have I ever been told that I had to pay to have them do a diagnostic on the noise I was having. Both Managers Bill and Mike had zero customer care and absolutely did not care about customer loyalty. Bill told me straight up that his technicians needs to be paid. I thought Mike was much nicer when he said he would go for a drive with me but later just sent another service advisor instead and didnt seem interested in following up after. Even when I told him my battery was replaced by Nissan just 4 months ago and it’s already faulty. Anyways, my cars have always been dealership maintained and I have bought 3 Nissans in the past because of the after sales service by the previous management team but today I was extremely disappointed and hurt for the lack of empathy and customer care. I also feel bad for the Service advisor as the individual was clearly new and swamped with appointments and there was no support provided by the leaders. Read all the reviews online and people mentioned amazing service from Blake, Ricky, Chris, Zain, Omar, etc but sadly these awesome team are no longer there.

When looking for a car how the dealership approaches you is a big indicator of how they are going to treat you throughout the buying experience. We went to many different car dealerships when we were looking for a car and most of them approached with very pushy methods for example not leaving us to look at the car, hounding us as we searched around the lot, and offering “exclusive” deals to buy RIGHT NOW. Auto Nation had none of that, they weren’t pushy, they didn’t hound us, they just approached and helped us look through their inventory trying to find the best car for our needs and price range. Auto nation was straightforward with their price and fees giving us a good idea of how much the end cost would be. I would recommend Auto Nation to anyone who is looking to buy a car without too much hassle.

I went looking for a stick shift car in Las Vegas 99% of the card dealers who had stick shifts were selling their stick shift $3,000 to $5,000 above the blue book price. This price hike was a bait and switch, to steer you to a new car or used car that was a high bank loan finance amount This Nissan dealership on Shara and Jones, sales rep called me back with a 2019 Nissan stick shift in great shape and extremely low miles and about $3,500 below the blue book price, They helped me secured a loan. I was having an issue with banks because, I didn?t have a loan in over 20 years and my credit card was paid off . I was upset with these banks because, I?d had thought I wouldn?t be a credit risk. Being a broke with a lot of debts will secure a bank loan !! Crazy banks !! The Nissan car dealership knew of a finance company, I obtained the car loan at a much lower finance rate than I would had thru the banks in Las Vegas !! Great honest car dealerships at the Shara and Jones location . Their customer service is awesome !!

Good service. Although I informed the lady that assisted me to make sure the next service date sticker is inside my car and it wasn't. Also, I received a video of the tech telling me what needs to be done, but the lady helping me never came to the waiting room to ask me if I would like to repair the recommended parts. She only came to me letting me know the car was done. She wasn't thorough at all. It would be nice if she would've went line by line on what needs to be done. I had to ask her to explain what the recommendations meant on the service document.

We worked with Andrew to get our car serviced, and he stayed in communication with us and explained everything thoroughly, which was comforting as we weren't from Vegas and were a little rattled by our breakdown. I've bought several cars from Nissan as well as my mother and family for the last 30 years. They have gone downhill. I bought a used car that was supposed to be "detailed" when I received it and it was absolutely disgusting, food on the ceiling, seats, INSIDE the middle console, personal belongings from the previous owner under the seats. Several mechanical failures nobody mentioned. Then, when I brought it back to be cleaned again, they kept it for over 72 hours, told me it was ready, scheduled a time for me to be there, and we ended up waiting an hour and a half after appointment because they lost the keys and said they had no idea I was coming to pick it up because the sales person was off. They said it took so long because it still wasn't CLEANED. I ended up missing an extremely important prenatal appointment because of this. I didn't get the car back till sun was down and just wanted to get the heck out of there. Didn't inspect the car to make sure it was clean because it was dark outside and can't see very well in the vehicle. I mean, after being detailed TWICE and waiting an hour and a half upon arrival after 3 days of waiting and being told it was finished, that should be one heck of a clean car right? WRONG! The next day in the daylight, there was still food stuck in several spots of the interior. Absolutely disgusting, unprofessional, they are liars. They don't care once you buy the car what it looks like. No integrity. I would never purchase again. Still havent received a copy of our CPO sheet that was checked off with our signature stating everything worked! So many mechanical failures and they won't send us a copy after asking twice because they conveniently left it out of our paperwork. They insisted it would be emailed instead of printing it out during the hour and half window we waiting for them to give me my car back. I don't think it could've gone worse.

Returned due to incomplete service from 11/30. Betty explained and provided what the service packages for the milage. This was not done when I originally asked back on 11/30, I was advised I was only due for a oil change. It was noted that I declined the in cabin air filter which is incorrect. I have been a long time customer of Nissan this is my 4th vehicle and understand that there are packages for various milage, however every time I took it in and asked i was only told an oil change was only needed. I hope to continue to work with Betty going forward.

I have been having quite an eventful couple months regarding new cars and Autonation Nissan in Las Vegas was there with me every step of the way. A particular shoutout goes to my sales associate Robel Zemene who guided me through the purchase of my 2023 NissanAltima SR, then a 2022 Nissan Sentra for my girlfriend, followed by another Nissan Altima to replace the first one, which fell victim to a terrible incident in its young life. However, this time he aided me in procuring a 2023 Altima SR with VC Turbo. Between follow-ups, guidance, maintanence, and a general feeling of safety and comfort in my purchase, Robel and the whole staff at Autonation have helped make the end of tis year a great one for me. Additionally, Dianna Cross Reed, the Owner Loyalty Manager kept me feeling great about my purchase and working with Autonation through getting my windows tinted, dealing with the total loss of my first car, and general outreach. I would absolutely recommend anyone looking purchase a new Nissan, or ANY car for that matter, to visit the fine folk at AutoNation Nissan of Las Vegas. Tell them I sent you. Everyone that I worked with at Nissan was professional, courteous and personable. My sales person, Marisol went above, and beyond to make sure that I found the vehicle that I truly loved. She was patient understanding and detailed. I was introduced to different departments such as the loyalty department. The loyalty manager was outgoing, personable, and approachable. I felt very welcomed to Nissan. The finance advisor laid everything out in clear easy terms to understand, and the process was quick. The Nissan team was outstanding. Purchase Nissan maxima from AutoNation Volkswagen on/about October 13, 2022. Took it to AutoNation Nissan on December 9 because my car was making a weird sound. Arrived before 9 o’clock and met with a service advisor. I think his name is Andrew explain what the problem was and where I purchased the car and that I was there to get the problem fixed under the 90-day warranty. Sat in the waiting area for almost a half day only to find out that AutoNation Volkswagen did not want to honor the 90 day warranty. After going back-and-forth with the service manager, Mike, they decided to fix one item that was broken which was a sensor on the front passenger side. They told me the sound that I was hearing was the brakes and they claimed the most they could do was put oil on the brakes. I knew they were lying. What they said did not make sense. They also failed to give me any paperwork on the diagnostic or on what they did fix. I took the car to another mechanic and was told that the front and rear shocks are bad. AutoNation Nissan flat out lied to me so that they didn’t have to fix the car probably because AutoNation Volkswagen didn’t want to pay to have the warranty work done. I will not let this go and will contact AutoNation USA about the deceptive practices at these dealerships.

I was being helped by an associate named Matt, who seemed uninterested in my situation to begin with. I came in for an inspection on my passenger rear tire and an oil change. He said they would do a full inspection & tire rotation. When I got my car back, he says they were unable to find anything wrong with the tire, which was fine seeing as though he said the tires were all filled & the rotation was done. What’s not fine is 2 says later when that same tire on my passenger rear was deflating yet again! So not only was the inspection not done, but I also paid for a service that wasn’t done either! It’s one thing if they couldn’t find anything wrong with the tire, but it’s another to charge me for a tire rotation that wasn’t even done! I come to autonation Nissan with full trust that they will do what’s best seeing as though it’s their car. I hate to feel as though I’m still being taken advantage of.

Made an appointment online for a multi point inspection on a new (used) Nissan I just bought. I arrived a few minutes early, was greeted by a friendly team. Mike took care of me and he was great. I was in and out in about an hour. They have a nice waiting lobby with plenty of seating, water and coffee. They even had LOTR playing (bonus points). Everything checked out, Mike let me know the car was in tip top shape, and sent me away with a complimentary car wash.

I had an issue with my navigation screen in my 2018 Nissan Armada going out, that meant my back up camera, all my perimiter alarms ect. I took it here. Omar was my advisor, he was patient and understanding. We just had major repairs on my house and finances were tight. He did everyone he could to work with me but make sure I received the quality care I deserved. Without his help I wouldn't have gotten the work done, my 16 year old wouldn't be driving a safe truck. On 11.21.2022 I called in, made an appointment to have my leaky battery (84 months warranty 23 months replacement). Battery was still good but not replaced; small leak). They offer a car wash but not done due to a small crack on windshield (size of a penny). However, Mike was VERY courteous and concerned with my concerns. He did extended his assistance. I dealt with a employee named Bernie and i do not recommended doing business with him, I put a $1,000 deposit down for the new 2023 Nissan Leaf and I decided to buy a different car and I asked for a refunded and they said a check will come in the mail in 2-7 business days. I waited 2 weeks and still nothing, so I called him and it seems like he still didn't do it. They didn't want to give me my check just because I decided to not purchase a car with them. After 3 weeks of me calling them daily they changed their story from they already mailed my check to my check is not coming in the mail but its at the dealership. I recommend to not deal with a guy named Bernie. Also because he thought I couldn't afford the car because I'm young and he assumed i didn't have credit and treating me with disrespect from the beginning. As soon as I pulled out lots of cash because I was hoping to buy a car in full that same day, he changed into a whole new person and his attitude changed being very nice and respectful.

Work on my truck was done to a high standard and communication was handled properly. However each time it was in the shop some damage occurred so far we have had scratched paint is a few places, damaged leather seat, and a bent radio antenna. SO I will not be going back for service as I don't want to have anymore damage to what was a totally clean truck when it first came in for service.

The dealership was great but the fact that a car that is only 1 year old with 5,300 miles would need a new transmission did not make me very happy. I am an 82 year old woman who likes to drive sensibly. Having to rent a vehicle for 5 days before they were able to get approval cost me more dollars than I could afford. Once they did get approval, they did provide me with a rental. Everyone there did the best they could but it was not a happy experience.

It will not allow me to take away the star because not only does this place disregard you as a customer, they have ZERO customer service skills, they have nasty attitudes and think that the consumer is dumb. They refuse to call customers back after the customer has left SEVERAL voice mails. My car was dropped off on a Wednesday morning. I did not find out what was wrong with it until right before closing time on Wednesday and was told they would make arrangements for a rental for me on Thursday. On Thursday they send me a video telling me more things are wrong with the vehicle and yet no one has called me about these broken things on my vehicle. They have had my vehicle for four days now with no updates. The rental is due back today and still no phone calls, nothing from Nissan. I have called three times and was told there is no one available to speak to. I have left several voice mails for Omar with no return calls. I have called and spoke with the operator and she says, no one can help me. At least the rental company is working with me. I will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS NISSAN TO ANYONE!

Poor--- the Shuttle broke down @ 8:15 am Tue. with me and other Customers aboard. They couldn't fix it or find another vehicle until 5 hours later!! The Driver was non-communicative. Terrible PR! The 1 hour battery service on my Juke took 5 hours, the last hour of which was a 5 minute carwash that took over an hour. Inexcusable! If not for my excellent Service Advisor, Maria, who followed up, reported, and apologized numerous times, while trying to find out what the mechanics(?) were doing, I would never, ever return to this Dealer Service. They are understaffed and the few mechanics (maybe 7 in a 43-Bay Shop?) look like over-worked refugees in a trance.

My first contact with Mr. Andrews happened in August 2022. My vehicle had an issue at that time (unable to start). At that time, Andrew assured me of the process needed to find out the cause of the problem and had me wait in the customer service lounge. Within a short time, Andrew reported that the battery was not fully responding and had to be replaced. Next, I needed my vehicle serviced (oil change, radiator check, battery check, etc.) I contacted Mr. Andrews and had an October 28th appointment. Nissan dealerships in vegas can't figure out the problem but keep "fixing" different things and making me pay a ton of money to get it "fixed" but here I am ONE WEEK after getting it back for the 4th time from them and it's broken down again. Thank you for nothing Nissan. DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER BUYING A NISSAN.

I have not had much luck with service department but last time worked out. I just have to plan on having a ride myself because it takes too long to wait for a ride from their shuttle. Next oil change I will try a shuttle again. If things improve this review went from a one to a three and I would rate them higher if they have a shuttle and respond quickly.

I had an excellent experience with my new car purchase at AutoNation Nissan. My 2008 Altima broke down finally to the point of no longer being worth repairing, so I took to Autotrader to look for a used one to replace it. I found some decent options and entered some inquiries into them. Within a half hour I had a phone call from Robel, the sales associate. We discussed what I was looking for and gave me some viable options. Within 2 hours, I was at the dealership and ready to see what was what. Amazingly, they had set up for me 3 viable options for purchase including a brand new 2023 Altima SR for consideration. They explained their haggle-free pricing, remaining transparent about their invoice pricing versus retail versus MSRP. This completely eliminated the me vs you mentality when it comes to purchasing a car. Before you know it, I had test-driven and decided to purchase the 2023 Altima, and I felt great about my decision. I never thought I would ever purchase brand new, but they really showed me how it was the best option, and I agreed and still do! Robel was patient and eased my through the purchase and credit process so we could come to an agreement on an affordable down payment and monthly payment with an agreeable interest rate. Martin, in the finance department, helped form a warranty for me that would be useful and reasonable without any useless bells and whistles. I was greeted by Kipp, the manager who congratulated me and thanked me for my purchase. I was able to come back a week later for complimentary window tinting, completion of my registration, and to deal with an unfortunate tire replacement due to a wayward nail in the road. All was coordinated and spearheaded by Dianna, the owner loyalty manager, and the tinting and tire replacement were handled by Maria in the service department. All in all the process from top to bottom was incredibly well-coordinated and everyone I came in contact with made me feel valued and welcome as a customer. I never felt bamboozled or unsure of my purchase or time spent, and I am extremely grateful to the entire team!! I look forward to my next purchase from them and would highly encourage anyone looking to purchase a new or certified pre-owned vehicle to check them out!!

For years the "Service Engine Soon" light was on and the vehicle hesitating when accelerating. I saw at least 2 mechanics; none could find the real problem. First off, my service advisor Maria was amazing. She stayed in touch throughout the entire repair process, even following up with me on her day off. She was the ONLY good thing about my experience. I can honestly say that the rest of the customer service there is just awful. I will NEVER own another Nissan. For starters, this was the 2nd transmission that I have had to replace. This one had less than 50k miles on it. Nissan answer to their known transmission issues is to give me 1000 bucks towards a new Nissan. Nope! It took over 3 weeks to get my car fixed. I asked for a loaner and they don't have any and still use Covid as an excuse as to why, so that left me with no vehicle for 3 weeks and I had to pay over 1000 bucks for a rental so I could still do things like work. Once the parts needed for the repair came it, it took the tech 3 days to install. The staff is rude and it is obvious that they want to nickle and dine you for everything. Take it in for a new transmission and end up needing a new battery. Anything to get money from you. My advice...go anywhere BUT AutoNation. If you have to go there make sure to ask with Maria.

In and out in less than two hours with no appointment and had half a dozen services taken care of, including a battery under warranty replaced at no charge, of course. When I came back they had changed out my wiper blades at no cost as well!! Didn’t even know they needed replacing. Recommend you ask for Ron Sharp at Nissan Auto Nation on West Sahara.

I walked in to the service department and was astonished by the laziness. All the men in there were chatting it up with each other and cussing as if they were at the bar on a Friday night. Not once was I acknowledged by anyone until Maria walked in through the door. She was great throughout the entire process, and she’s the only reason why I’m not giving 1 star. It’s sad to see 4 men, at work, gossiping and playing with their phones like teenagers. Step it up Nissan, hire better workers.

This place really is the worst place I have ever been too. Took several days to even get a update on my car that was towed in for a flat. But they also gave it back to me and the low tire pressure gauge came back on before I even got home. And then the skid plate comes off. And now I have another flat tire. You guys didn’t check my car at all. You destroyed it. A brand new 2021 car. And it’s falling apart right after it comes back from you guys. Never come here.

Took my Nissian Sentra to Auto Nation for repair, after I hit a Median and damaged the front end of my car. They had my car for 3 months, as they were “waiting for a part to arrive”. Long story short, what should’ve been a 2-3 week max scope of week end up being months. Every time when I called for an update, they always blamed supply chain and waiting for parts. Had to pay out of pocket for my rental, since my insurance only covers 30 days. Now the car is fix, but still haven’t issues when I’m going above 65MPH on the freeway. Please consider another repair shop! Don’t give this place your valuable business.

He's got excellent communication skills and knows how to build the customer-service relationship. He's honest and takes his time answering all questions. Basically, he makes the service experience as enjoyable as one could expect. I'm surprised he hasn't been made a service manager by now. (By the way, I don't know Omar on any social level. He's simply been my Autonation Nissan service consultant. If he wasn't there, I'd probably use a different service location, not necessarily a NIssan location. Do NOT expect to get a quick diagnostics done. Also, when they take your car for hours they only have 1 shuttle bus that takes groups of people to where they need to be. NO TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED and No Uber given or Compensated for you no longer having a vehicle. Please be sure to cross your T’s and dot everything else because if you come here to buy a vehicle and your told the basic , common things like a oil change, or a detail or the vehicle will have a full fuel tank, just goes out the door even when your buying the vehicle outright in cash and you still get hosed. This is not how things should go. Even worse when told you got the max for your vehicle but the next day and all weekend the same dealer is telling you they’d give you more. Our Salesman seemed nice, but everything he said went out the door immediately at closing after we signed which displeased my mother and I, anything from the detail, to the oil change, to a empty tank when we just gave mucho money. All let downs. Wanted to give a 3 star but this whole situation is wrong. No follow ups from the dealership, let down by this experience

After a few weeks trying and he avoiding talk to me, another seller said that the car was sold. This is very tough situation after you wait for more than a month for a car that wouldn’t even come. The problem was never to wait because we understand this market now but the big issue here is the communication between the seller/store/client. Would NEVER EVER recommend! I had replaced my key fob several months ago and never thought about having my wife's key fob reprogrammed at the same time. When her key wouldn't work and I had replaced the battery, I brought both keys into the dealer. My wife's key was reprogrammed in about 90 minutes and the cost was reasonable. Ken V. had said it would take about 90 minutes to 2 hrs and he was right on target.

Got my car here. No issues. Went to service it the other day and let me tell you what I will NEVER go back there. I had an appointment at 9 AM. around 3pm I called to see if I could get an update. Andrew said they were doing the testing and would call me in an hour. I tried calling back four times before 7pm at closing. No one said they’d be keeping my car overnight. I called when they opened next day at 7am. Someone said I was working with Oscar. Oscar said no it’s omar he isn’t in till 8 and he will call. 930 comes and I call again and they said no it’s Andrew and he will call you in ten minutes. I call again at 10. No call. Andrew said to give him an hour. He then called the wrong number. I told him not to fix anything and to do the oil change and that was it. I was then charged 150.99 for labor for fixing the part I told them not to fix after not even calling and telling me what’s wrong. I get there roughly around 1030 and it wasn’t done being “closed out” and had to sit there for two hours more. Then Andrew had the nerve to tell me to my face that he was new and apologized for not getting back to me but Ive been the “only” person mad at him. Ive been calling trying to get a refund and still have not heard back. Thanks for taking money and not returning anyone’s calls. 👍🏻

This was the first visit I had and I was greeted with 3 different staff members while I had waited and they confirmed that someone assisted me and provided me with water and made sure I was comfortable while waiting. I do not recommend this place. For almost 6 weeks I have been dealing with this place and spoken with about 10 people, including the general manager. No one will return our calls and they refuse to get me to corporate or someone that is willing to help. They still have not paid my trade in vehicle, leaving me with 2 car payments or else it will go on my credit. Save yourself the trouble.

First I should start by stating that I did get a wonderful car, I love my Audi a3. In the previous review i expressed my disappointment in the management by not following thru on some repairs that needed to be done and honestly I didn't think I would ever return to this dealer. But, after i wrote my review Mr Jones reached out to me immediately and worked with his gm to take care of repair to front grille. Also, after talking to him i realized that a lack of communication could have led to this not being resloved sooner so I do take some blame here. This is my second car purchase from this dealer and I have dealt with Mr Jones when he was a sales person and now as a manager and have to say i think he does really care about the customer.

I purchased a new Nissan from this dealership. The financing took a while and it got late. I felt rushed leaving with a lot of unanswered questions. I was sent a survey to fill out and I filled it out. I was honest about my experience and didn’t rubbed stamp it. When I called to find out about the paperwork to register my car aka the green slip I was told that it had been there for a while. This was thirty days after I bought the car. Nobody called me to have me pick it up. When I contacted my salesman he informed me that he had read my review and under no circumstances was I to do another survey. He didn’t like my answers. When I asked to speak to a manager I was put through to a voicemail. I left my info and received no call back. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone and I definitely would not recommend Javier Cannales as a sales person. Extremely disappointed with the overall experience. It’s the first new car I ever purchased and the experience was terrible!!!

The sales rep provided excellent service. However, the financial manager we were assigned with was terrible. First, the guy just handed over a pad and asked to just sign wherever it says Sign Here, he did not explain at all what the documents are and acted impatiently as I was reviewing what documents I was signing. Secondly, he tried to offer extended warranty but did not provide much information on what it all covers and breakdown of cost. I was I initially planning on getting the warranty but after having to keep asking for details of what it covers; and his arrogant and impatient attitude, I decided not to. The guy came off rude, and seemed like he didn’t like his job. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. I do not like to be around negative people. If it wasn’t for the sales rep that showed/sold us the car, provided excellent customer service, and knowledgeable about the car, I would not have gone through with the purchase. He worked hard to get a sale. Unfortunately, I will not be recommending this dealer because of the terrible experience with the financial manager.

During the COVID-19 episode I was able to conduct the purchase via email, on-line, and by phone. I rate the Nissan AutoNation buying/sales process 5 stars - ????? As to the finance experience, I rate it as a big zero - 0?? The biggest problem, the purchase order was never submitted to my credit union. Fearing that AutoNation would try to arrange to finance elsewhere, to my detriment, using the "if financing is not obtained within" clause, I made sure to get the funding completed. Because of my fear of the underhanded methods I paid an extra $50 to have the payment FeEx'ed to AutoNation to ensure that I had proof of delivery. Secondly, the hard up-sell of additional "products" that were overpriced, and the additional financing these items would require, were overbearing. I will think twice about ever purchasing from AutoNation Nissan in the future. The finance department has ruined it for your sales team. I would recommend the AutoNation sales team, but be careful, be very careful, after sales sends you to the AutoNation finance division.

They kept me there past 11 at night. The finance guy was horrible. He didn't give me what I wanted. I felt pressured to take a deal i wasn't comfortable with. Then they made me go back to sign paper work that apparently i didn't sign. Why couldn't they just give it to me when I was there at 11 at night! So I went back on Saturday and they tell me well the finance guy isnt here. Can you come back at 12...this was at 930 am! Are you kidding me! My purchase was processed on December 23rd. Unfortunately, I did not receive my vehicle until January 27th. The Sales process was punctual and inefficient. However, the subsequent processes including documentation, financing, and transporting were very unprofessional and delayed. I had to make several follow up calls to confirm my next steps, and estimated completion date. No one ever reached out to let me know the third party companies experienced technical difficulties or lacked resources that the previous operator were supposed to provide. Everyone we spoke to didn't seem to care and tried to deescalate my frustration by bringing up other customers' unsatisfying experiences. Obviously this company needs to reevaluate their sales and delivery SOP's. A couple of associates also provided false information several times. If you're not sure, don't make up what you "think" the customer wants to hear. No contract or tags were delivered with the vehicle. I called to and asked for both items be sent overnight and they literally sent me the same 5x7 paper that was also taped on the front windshield. No form of reimbursement or incentive have been offered for all of the inconveniences. As a current Sales manager for a fortune 500 company, AutoNation does not value the objective of following through with the entire sales and delivery process. A sale is not completed until the product or service is delivered and the customer is satisfied. Overall, this makes me believe the team we worked with is incompetent and just doing the job to say it's done. Absolutely unacceptable! I contacted the number provided for the feedback on the sale experience and the Representative stated there is not an associate by the name of the responder. I also contacted the Concierge service who never returned my call within 24-48 hours as stated.

We purchased two Nissan vehicles from Valley Hi Nissan in Victorville, CA because we previously own a Honda, but when it came to getting it serviced the service center was the WORST! While our Honda was being serviced, I walked to Nissan which was right next door and went to talk to the service center (I can't recall right now why we walked to nissan.... Maybe we had a question or something about our honda. Who knows). Anyhow, in conversation with Alan Thies, we fell in love with his professionalism, knowledge, kindness, helpfulness and truthfulness so we did what any other person would... LOL, we purchased a Murano!! After our regular visits with Alan, we no longer wanted to deal with Honda, so we traded our Honda for a Titan. Go big or go home, right? LOL. In the end, we purchase a Titan and Murano because if I ever needed regular service on our vehicles, we only wanted to deal with Alan. Unfortunately for us, life happened and we moved. When we needed regular service on our two vehicles in our new state, we went to Planet Nissan on Centennial Center Blvd, and I have to say... STAY AWAY! They didn't want to fix my vehicle even though they were on warranty! They pretty much wanted us to walk away with a damaged vehicle to push us to purchase a new one!!! Keep in mind, our two vehicles were still fairly new, and there was no reason to update them. So, we called Alan and he referred us to AutoNation Nissan Las Vegas and that's where we met Christopher "Chris" Toth! Chris surpassed our expectations and was 100% similar in character as our good friend Alan Thies (who is now I believe a service director for Valley Hi Nissan). I do hope Chris becomes the next service director in AutoNation Nissan because he has what it takes to be a service director (just like Alan), Chris is professional, kind, helpful and most importantly... TRUSTWORTHY! If, and that's a big "if" (we are very happy with our Nissan vehicles), but if we ever decide to update my 2014 Murano, it will be in this location! Unfortunately, we still have to pay off our Titan! LOL. So, if you are looking for an honest place to service your Nissan, visit AutoNation Nissan on Sahara and ask for Chris. Beware the service department. If you have a service plan, they will still charge you full price. When you try to get it corrected, they will continue to give you the run-around and use the "phone tag" game. When you go onsite, they'll "have to investigate and get back to you." When they promise they'll take care of it, even after 2 weeks, they won't.

My grandson brought his Z in to have the clutch bled. They told him his “estimate “ $384 & change. When they called him to pick up they said they couldn’t bleed the clutch and his bill was the $384 & change!!! They didn’t bleed the clutch & certainly didn’t repair anything. When speaking to the svc manager he stated he would reduce the bill to $150 since the mechanic still needed to be paid for his labor! I thought that is Nissans job to pay their mechanics, not the customer! To get his car back we HAD to pay the $150 & his vehicle still has the same issue!! Will never go back to that dealership nor buy another Nissan!

2017 Titan Platinum battery went dead twice, called the service department to schedule an appointment. Once again Andrew was the go-to guy. Had it checked out and found that I had a defective battery and not the charging system. Unfortunately, the Titan takes and oddball battery and there were none in the area and had to be ordered. Few days later, the battery came in, and was installed the next morning, no charge and they even gave it a wash. In and out in about an hour. Fantastic service and great coffee too.

I had an appointment at 10:15 on Saturday. I waited for my service manager for 20 mins while I looked at several other staff members in there with no customers, but I had to wait for the one the appointment was made with. It was a simple 10,000 mile oil change. I was told 1 hour. I waited for the car. 2 1/2 hours later I had to go out and check on the status. I was forgotten. My car report said it was done at noon, but was not told. I inquired at 1 pm. That's not good service.

2017 Nissan Titan Platinum 4x4 Steering wheel shakes while downhill braking. Purchased from another Auto Nation Dealership. First time at this dealer. Scheduled an appointment , Andrew was the assigned service writer. Explained what the issue was, had me in and out in under 3 hours. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. The waiting lounge had great coffee too. Observed other service writers assisting other clients, and all appeared to be friendly with a no hassle, no hard sell, and straight up estimates on what their vehicles needed balanced with the costs. I asked about how often I should have the fuel injection system cleaned since it is of concern with GDI engines, Andrew commented 70k miles (I currently have 1600 miles). His honesty was both refreshing and impressive.

5 Stars??? Why can't I put 10 or even 20 stars! This dealer ship goes above and beyond. Farrah was our dealer we dealt with to purchase the car I've been searching everywhere for!! Not only did I find the car I've been searching for, I found amazing customer service. I'm from Albuquerque New Mexico and found my 2016 Scion FR-S Special Release 2.0 online at their dealership. Most dealerships were advertising the special release series and it wasn't. So I called the dealership and Farrah picked up and she said "i'll go take pictures of it immediately" to let me know it was the series I've been searching for and it's a manual transmission too!! I was ecstatic when i got the pictures! I then let her knew I was from out of state and needed to fly in to see and purchase the vehicle. Once she knew how much I loved and wanted this car she got the approval from corporate to fly me and my significant other out there on the dealership's dime!! It was a last minute flight too so it wasn't cheap. When we had finally landed in Vegas, we got a Lyft to the dealership. As I pulled in I saw my Special Release 2.0 FR-S (That beautiful Lunar Storm color glistening)!!! Oh did I also mention Farrah got me approved with a killer monthly payment and 5.9% interest before even going out there?! So all I had to do was check and test drive the car then sign the paperwork. It was the easiest and most fun car buying experience I've ever had! Plus I now have the most beautiful car! Thank you Farrah and everyone else at First National Autos for this experience. I would recommend you to everyone and anyone. Also don't forget to ask for Farrah if you do go. You won't be disappointed!

I have purchased several cars. After "fighting" with dealers to try to get the best price, and then NOT knowing if I got a good price or not I decided to go to AutoNation Nissan. Their fixed price saves a lot of time and haggling. Only issue I have is the Finance and Insurance Department is NOT one price and they will try to make as much money as they can on the after the sale issues. Also my wife and I were called back into the dealership to initial some finance papers and when we got there our original Finance Manager was off for the day and the Manager could not find our paperwork which caused us undue waiting time while they had to prepare new paperwork.

We are from out of town and had been shopping online for a 12 to 15 passenger van. We stopped by this dealership after having a few rough experiences with other dealerships in the area. Little did we know that this was the exact dealership that my sister had stopped by a week earlier and test drove a Nissan NV for us. They do not have special discounts for teachers but because the salesman and the finance officer love teachers, they squeezed in some additional discounts and perks allowable! I had visited other retailers prior to visiting Autonation Nissan as I was looking for different options that would give me the car that fits my needs and budget. In fairness to all the other agents, there were those who took the time to email or call, only that the price on the vehicle that they had was not within my reasonable means. AutoNation Nissan happened to have the best deal for me at this time and Casey Peterson explained to me all the options on the trim, the payment and also colors. Since we were tight on the budget, Casey was able to squeeze in some perks and discounts. In addition to that, Aaron Sanchez was also amazing. Thank you!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!! Worst customer service and rude! Our car was totaled in June and so we had to cancel our vehicle protection plan. They promised our bank will be issued a check in 8-10 weeks. Its been more than 4 months and we have called numerous times and they hung up. My husband has gone to the store to ask about this multiple times and they keep on saying a few more weeks. SO FUNNY THAT THEY CAN TAKE YOUR MONEY IN LESS THAN an hour but it takes them half a year to give it back to you. WONT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY going here!!!

We were verbally attacked by three service reps (Ricky Clark, Blake, and Chris) and almost physically assaulted by Blake, who stood face to face with my husband, threatening to beat him up... all because we gave Ricky a bad survey review. They retaliated by keeping our car three days, not recognizing the problem, diagnosing something completely different, denying us a rental car, telling us lies, keeping us on hold... waiting for managers that were not even on the premises, and finally telling us to pick up the car and go elsewhere. They made it clear that our bad review had caused them “thousands of dollars” Ricky made it clear that they did not need our business and proceeded to kick us out, as if he was the owner. When we asked to speak to the manager, Ricky and Blake made it clear that their manager (Zane) supported their behavior so we would, in essence, be wasting our time. I’m not sure who reads these reviews, however, I want to let you know that this service team seems to make it a practice of ganging up on clients who give honest reviews ( in our case, it was one bad one in three years of service), It appears that they threaten them, demean them, assault them, and essentially bully them out of the service department... without servicing their car. We will be speaking to the service director soon. We will also be contacting whomever sends out those surveys and make them aware of what is happening. This service team let us know that our survey responses were shared with each one of them.. with our names, our responses, and all our information. They used this information to harass us, mistreat us, and we’re on the verge of beating us up... I’m certain they can review cameras to verify that this is true. This has to stop!!! My service tech, Ron, was great at follow up of phone calls, if I left a message, he immediately called me back. Offered me a discount on my brake oil change, which is a good thing to do, and keeps my business there instead of going elsewhere......and I am hopeful he keeps up the good work and get me more discounts in the future.....sometimes, when you're on a tight budget, it's nice to have someone who seems to want to help you, which is hard to find in some dealerships. Good work, Ron! (Dealership needs to have better training for their shuttle driver, but after I abruptly yelled at driver, he was more cautious, respectfully)

Called Nissan to have a key made for Armada. We were given a noon appointment at the Sahara/Decatur location as they had the key. Sat there for almost an hour before I was told they don’t have the key in stock and it had to be ordered and prepaid. I finally purchased the Handayi Accent from auto nation Nissan after a week and a half of waiting on a car from Auto Nation USA. I explained that the reason I didn’t get the car I’d been waiting for was because during the test drive it started shaking and the check engine light came on. Well, fast forward to the day after I purchased the Handayi and the check engine light comes on. Not even 24 hours after leaving the dealership. I take the car to autozone and got a code for the problem. The dealership gave me a different code until I showed them the report from autozone. He attempted to give me tips on how I should drive the car with such problem. Lol. I then asked if they would fix the car and after some thought they agreed. The sales man returned with an “inspection list” that was supposedly done on the car before putting the car up for sale. The salesman asked for my signature and stated that I already had a copy of such paper but I still requested a copy. I go home and check the copies of the documents I had and an inspection form wasn’t there. The bottom line is that this salesman and dealership will do whatever it takes to make a sale.

I had a warrantee repair of the back gate motor. When it was finished the first time, it wasn't complete due to the service tech breaking a trim clip so the interior panel wasn't locked in. I was told I HAD to pay the deductible because the motor was replaced. Upon further inspection there were large gouge Mark's on the upper and lower trim panels in the back of the car where they were removed. When it was put back together, it wasn't done correctly, the plastic was outside of the weather stripping. Both of the cargo net clips were missing as well. After complaining to the service team leader parts were ordered. When it was taken back to be repaired it was 4 hours before I was told it was the wrong part. AND that they were now going to replace the upper trim as well. I was 1st told there were no rental cars until they decided to keep my vehicle for 4 days and a rental appeared. After 4 days the car was FINALLY fixed. I went to this location because I despise one of the other dealers in town as well. Now it's a toss up. Doesn't seem like there is much quality control checking being done when repairs are being completed.

I took my Titan in for service with 165,000 mile on it, it had not been serviced in about three and a half years, it was the first time I'd ever been to AutoNation I was expecting to pay a lot more than I did. I had everything from a tune-up transmission service rear end service and a few other things done to it. When I got it back the bill was over $500 less than I was expecting to pay. I would highly recommend this dealership to any family or friend, the honesty and great service that I received goes a long ways with me.

Bought my frontier pro 4x here. Really great staff. Worked with me every step of the way and I was being difficult requiring a low monthly payment for the truck. After some time they made my low monthly a reality and I put ink to paper. The service department is great also. I’ve worked with Blake and Frank for any service for the truck. Both were knowledgeable, kind, and did great work. Overall I’ve been very impressed with AutoNation Nissan on Sahara.

I leased my 2018 Rogue SL last week. The entire process was simple. I did all my negotiating online and via email before stepping foot in the dealership, including my trade. The service department at this dealership is AWESOME! I live in LA and travel to Las Vegas several times a year. A few months ago I came upon this dealership for the first time when I had an overheating problem. Frank was amazing. Never experienced this caring service. A couple of weeks ago, I had a battery problem during a trip to Las Vegas. I thought it could be serious. When I remembered I could take my car to AutoNation Nissan and Frank, I felt comforted and the panic left. I called the next morning and Blake answered and told me he could fix my problem by noon, when I had to leave for a meeting, and they did. I called AAA and they started my car at my hotel and I drove to AutoNation Nissan Again, Frank was awesome. He assured me the battery was the only problem I had. He went through hoops to get the information on my battery from my Nissan dealership in Alhambra, CA so the battery could be prorated, as I did not have the information he required on the battery papers in my glove compartment. I was charged only the prorated rate for the battery and very little for installation. At noon he told me I could leave as the job was done and he would get any additional information he needed to complete the paperwork after I left, as he knew I had a meeting to attend soon. He couldn't have made the experience nicer or easier. While waiting, I was in the comfort of an air conditioned waiting room equipped with television, complimentary gourmet donuts, bottled water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and magazines. What a relief that Frank and AutoNation Nissan are available to me when in Las Vegas with a car problem. They are the BEST! They really care about the customer first and helping them. PS: And Frank has the cutest little boy--I asked about him and Frank showed me his photo and a short video that was so cute it brought tears to my eyes.

My partner and I purchased our 2018 Nissan Rogue back in late February and we couldn’t be more happy with our purchase! Truth be told Nissan wasn’t even on our radar, we were originally extremely interested in the Honda CR-V, but we weren’t necessarily happy with Honda’s customer service and they weren’t really willing to work with us. So we randomly stopped by Nissan on a whim one day. This is when we met Javier and we both immediately were drawn towards him and his upbeat goofy personality, he was eager to help us and not in a pushy way (which really made the difference). We ended up coming back a couple days later and purchasing the car. If it weren’t for Javier’s customer service, we probably wouldn’t have even gotten the car... but we are definitely happy that we did because we love it!

I bought a used Nissan here, paid cash. The salesman and manager called me for a few days following, asking me to return the car or pay more money because THEY made a mistake in their listing information. I already registered and insured the vehicle, which is obviously not refundable. I found out later that they sold me a vehicle with recalls, but would do the repairs for free. When I arrived for service drop off, 3 tech's circled my vehicle and complimented my exterior changes and were dancing to my music I had playing. This is all recorded on my dashcam. I was told to turn everything off and hand in my keys, whoever made my appointment pulled the sales record and had the wrong VIN on file so I had to correct that, they would call me when it's ready for pickup. When I came back that evening, the car drove the same, I couldn't tell a difference in handling or ride quality while on my way home and turned on my stereo. 3 door speakers had no sound and my 2 tweeters were making a thump/click noise. Sound only came from my driver door speaker. I contacted the dealership when I got home, and I was told to contact the service dept manager next business day. When I called back, I spoke to 3 or 4 people that day, all claiming that my vehicle is old and probably arrived this way. (Apparently my dashcam footage upon drop off isn't enough to prove otherwise....?!) Suddenly no techs claim to have heard my stereo when I pulled in (then why do I have footage of them dancing next to my car?) They insist that my repair has nothing to do with electrical, even though my factory service manual shows wiring in the area. I was told that I would have to pay for diagnoses of my audio electrical so they can verify that it isn't their fault, instead of them quickly checking the area they worked on for free. After I refused to pay for their mistake, I was treated quite rudely by management and told there's nothing anyone is going to do without first paying for diagnosis, and I haven't received any follow ups online or through customer service.

The dealership had a knowledgceable and intelligent young man pick me up at the airport and take me to the van. After looking at their 2016 Dodge Charger came the numbers. Oh the dreaded numbers...Delilah never even considered my offer. She shop's me right out the door. I felt disrespected, embarrassed and very angry that a sales person would do this to me. Then I under stood when the GM contacted me and asked me about my experience. Chris was honest and hopefully when we went in for an oil change and battery replacement. Even though I had someone check the battery they did a double check and made sure I’d be good to go. They didn’t try to upscale or tell me I needed hundreds of dollars of work. They worked quickly and efficiently. I had my car back a hour later, during the week of a holiday. I went in for recall work, which was done acceptably (to my knowledge- no real way for me to verify), but they also did an inspection (without informing me or asking approval) which evidently involved disconnecting the battery, removing all radio presets. They did ask if I wanted a car wash, which I declined, but they performed anyway. My biggest disappointment was the fact that they did not inform me that my vehicle was missing a large skid plate- some "inspection". A couple days later, I received an email claiming I had created an appointment for a future visit (which I did not do).

Working with Casey Peterson from the Sales floor took all of the frustration and anxiety out of buying a car! My husband and I didn't need to buy a car right then, so we worked with Casey to find our dream vehicle from another Nissan dealer and got it to Vegas at the right price with great Nissan financing (can't beat a 0% loan!). We had gone through a couple vehicle options, because we weren't sure whether we wanted the SV model or not, and getting the right color I wanted. My husband and I actually searched through a few Nissan dealers in California, Utah, Texas and Alabama to find the right price -- in fact, the other dealers were infuriating with their secrecy and games they play! Casey was super responsive to all of our questions and concerns; the selling price, packages, taxes/fees, and out-the-door price were clearly laid out for us -- and gave the best price we found. In the end, we were happiest buying from Casey! On the other hand, the Nissan finance managers that we had to work with to finalize the purchase papers and loan were quite annoying and dismissive - I understand they are not in the customer-serving role. Having to schedule with or get any information from the finance managers was probably the worst part about the car-buying process with AutoNation, but I doubt it would have been any better with any other dealer. At that point, you just wanted to get your car and get out the door. ...Unfortunately, a week after driving the car off the lot, we're still dealing with incorrect paperwork with the Finance Manager.

IT'S ALL A BIG LIE. I went with my little baby, I was there for 2 hours and I lost my time, that letter its a hook to get you to the dealer. Purchased a new Maxima in 2016 at that time I pre-purchased 5 oil changes. Took the car in Tuesday for oil and tire rotation and told them I was in no hurry and would pick the car up in a day or two. Got the car back yesterday, service writer was very polite and car was brought up rite away. My only issue is the tire pressure was all over the place. The recommended pressure is 33psi, i had one at 34, two at 35, and one at 40. I feel maybe it was a rush job since they called me an hour after dropping it off and said it was ready. When you purchase a 40k car and drop it for service, you should not have to adjust your tire pressure the minute you pick it up. Otherwise it was a good visit.

Last Friday I drove my 2005 Infiniti to Las Vegas from Los Angeles in high (up to 118 degrees) and the "slip" light went on in Las Vegas. My car was difficult to drive, but after it cooled off for a few hours it was ok, but I didn't want to take a chance to drive it back to LA the next day (Sunday) before a dealership checked it. I took it in to AutoNation Nissan Las Vegas. Tanya was very nice and made an apt for me with Frank at 12:30 pm. Frank was AMAZING. He had my car thoroughly checked and discovered the problem was a throttle sensor. He didn't have the part so couldn't get it repaired before I had to leave the next morning. He wrote up the info I needed to give to my dealership (my daughter is Human Resources for the dealership I regularly go to) so they could easily proceed to repair the car. Frank told me the car was OK to drive back to LA, which it was. I was charged nothing--I felt there was an angel on my shoulder that sent me to that dealership. I was not able to get an appt. with the Las Vegas Infiniti dealership or one other Nissan dealership on that Saturday, and so glad that the third call was to AutoNation and it was the charm. I am so grateful for the great service from Frank and how generous to not charge me for checking and diagnosing my car. The waiting room was cool and comfortable, with TV, donuts, coffee, bottled water, etc. They also offered shuttle service. I highly recommend this dealership. And thank you again Frank.

This was the first time I ever felt at ease going to a dealership with my Pontiac just to look and see what was available for a gently used SUV to take my 2 pups on short trips. The salesman Dee, asked if I needed any help looking at all those cars, and he was so helpful and respectful since it was very hot that day. He spent a lot of time showing me cars he thought I would like and I decided on the Saturn Outlook which was one of the cleanest and well cared for used car I ever saw. I was impressed with how well Blake at AutoNation Nissan handled my situation. Brought my Juke in because it kept stalling on the freeway during a Father's Day road trip to visit my Pops resting place in Utah. Needless to say I was less than happy about things given the situation. Brought it to the shop and not only did they replace everything that even looked like it was having an issue but they set me up with a nice Sentra SV loaner. They replaced the turbo, catalytic converter, and transmission all under warranty. Thank you for making the exchange as painless as possible. Hopefully won't have to bring the car in anytime soon but if I do I will be going to AutoNation Nissan.

Another dealer wanted 700 to repair my parking brake that Meinke broke and refused to fix. They wanted to replace the discs and brake shoes (but not the brake pads..... who changes the dics without pads). brought it to autonation they checked it out said discs were fine and replaced everything for under $100 bucks. I work on my own stuff most of the time but if there is anything I need done I will definitely be back.

I would highly recommend this particular Nissan Dealership. I bought a new Pathfinder from California and was driving to Las Vegas when there was a serious malfunction. The car was towed to AutoNation where I contacted Nissan customer service. Surprisingly Nissan Customer Service said help would not arrive before 3 days. It was then this dealership, Andrew and Mr Zain in particular, who took care of the vehicle and it was repaired in a day. I'll never go back. I was sold a car there in August 2015. The car I bought was used and was told it was in almost new condition. The car in question was a 2006 Dodge Charger Daytona. 3 months after buying it problems start. It starts cutting off. No reason given. No check engine light. It just cuts off. I've changed the alternator twice. I've changed the thermostat twice. I've only had the car for less than two years. I was still willing to do business with them. I went back to explain that while they sold me a car under false pretenses I understand that mistakes are human. Went in filled out some paperwork and was given the "this is the only car we can sell you to make this happen." No thanks. That's not the way to do business. You and your company have lost my business for life. I would suggest they lose yours as well.

They sold me a car that broke down on the way driving it home. Needed 3K in repairs. Called a manager and he agreed that the car shouldn't have even been on the lot. So beware. Wouldn't let me take the car to be checked by a mechanic before purchase. I would say fairly high pressure sales tactics. They do have a return policy and I give them the 2 stars because with some persuasion they had the car towed back to the dealer at their expense and they made it simple to pick up my trade in.

I just bought a 2017 Nissan Rougue, the better experience on a dealership in my life. They're clear as water, no hiding fees or prices, not pushing at all. when I started looking for a vehicle to replace my diesel vw, I contacted ryan mannion through the internet to tell him what I wanted and needed, he took the time to check up till I was ready, when the vehicle I wanted came in, ryan made it easy to purchase this vehicle from him and we really had no back and forth hassling, it went smoothly and was a very good experience buying the car, when I brought it back for window tinting he made sure it was done correctly and right, most of the other dealerships never followed up or called me with other cars I did not want or showed me cars with add on stickers to increase their profits, that's a big turn off for me and sum seemed not to know their product and their sales skills were lacking

I have been coming to AutoNation Nissan for my 2013 370Z maintenance the past couple of years. Originally bought the car at Planet Nissan, but after the second year with them, quality of service declined tremendously, especially the unnecessary wait time. The biggest reason why I continue to come back to AutoNation is Omar Pore. He is the best service advisor and very honest. Yesterday, just like last year when I came in to have my car serviced, it didn't take long for Omar to advise I needed to leave the Z with them for about a week to order some parts and fix. While I was frustrated and didn't like to rent a car again, Omar explained he and his technician needed to take precautions and make sure all parts of the Z were in 100% working order to prevent further damage. He reminded me the service will still be covered under warranty, and that in general, sports cars are more challenging to maintain. I told him driving the lousy, bumpy roads of Las Vegas doesn't help, therefore, logically, he made sense. Omar and AutoNation Nissan has not disappointed me once. Having a courtesy rental car and service location close to my home, I couldn't have asked for anything more. I have always driven away happy with a worry-free piece of mind, and ready for more thrill rides!

Very upset with autonation nissan I bought a car an Saturday and received a call today 5 days later telling me my cost was going to go up on the car due to there error on there part. I was then informed that the contract I signed on Saturday is not binding in till they approve it so it protects them but not me. I don't think the people there intended this but I feel like autonation dishonored a hand shake and a contract.

The initial contact experience was good. When I contacted AutoNation and told them I would be in in 2017 to purchase a vehicle they kept in contact with me even though it was Dec 2016. However, once at the dealership there was some confusion between the sales person and finance. This portion of the sale could have been smoother.

It is unfortunately rare to have good experience when buying a car. But Auto Nation Nissan is the exception. I had a grea experience there when recently leased a Nissan Murano SL. My sales person was Casey. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. He was focused on customer service not just closing a sale. I highly recommend the dealership and Casey in particular.

We have been so disappointed by this dealership (Bernie & Marty) in sales. Bought a new frontier 11 days ago to be delivered from another state in a few days. 11 days later still no truck or communication unless we keep calling them. They don't know where the truck is and can't track delivery, unbelievable a large auto business has no idea. Definitely no service after you sign final contract, stay away from this place!!

Came in to see what was wrong with my car making a wired ticking noise. The repir man said my bushing where bad and my struts needed to be replace. So they didn't do nothing to fix my problem only tighting the struts but that didn't solve anything. Great service tho but terrible decision making

You can imagine our delight when picking up the versa and there is no charge because of an extended contract that the dealership sold us. It is not always apparent why you accept deals when signing contracts. But for sure with my daughter just graduating from a university and deeply in debt with school loans and no way to pay for a 3 thousand dollar drive train repair, paying monthly on an expensive warranty was the right choice that we did not always see the benefits of. Bought my car in LA. -Poor dealership and badly managed. Chose the Nissan on Sahara and Jones for maintenance. The staff is wonderful and jump through hoops to be helpful. Work is always performed to my satisfaction. An agent, Frank Hughes, is especially supportive and sympathetic. My only complaint is that my Nissan Altima SL is only 3 years old and already the shift mechanism must be replaced and the door handle broke.

I always go back to the dealership service department for my car maintenance. The staff are quick and efficient. They are able to an appointment in quickly with my schedule. Once pulled up, I was greeted and dropped off my car quickly with Ricky and he got the oil change started right away. I was in an out of the dealership less than 1.5 hours plus a car wash.

Our leaf was not available so our salesman (Aliku) located the car at another Autonation and had it trucked in This car is very technical and you need a good training lesson if you are not familiar with it Make sure you have a level 2 EVSE installed in your house before you take your Leaf home The Leaf itself is wonderful. Handles well and quick acceleration up till 40mph, then just ok We are averaging about 100 equivalent miles per gallon Highly recommend it!!

Visit started horrible as I was rudely honked at, by the shuttle service man, to get out of the way as I was pulling into service center. I was quickly welcomed by the service attendant that handled my recall paperwork. I was told when I made the appt. that this is a drop off and that it would most likely take up to 6 hours depending on how many appts were ahead of me. I had a friend take the day off work to pick me up so I wouldn't be sitting there for 6hrs, I was SO upset that attendants were telling other customers it would only be 60-90mins for the SAME recall sevice!! Huge inconvenience!! Sure enough my vehicle was ready in less then 2hrs BUT no one called to tell me it was ready until 6pm!

I scheduled a 1315 appointment for service on 07/23 and dropped my vehicle off at 1245. At that time I was told that it would take about an hour to complete so I opted to wait in the lobby. After about two hours I checked in with the service department and was advised that "we're busy I don't know how much longer". I was also told that just because I had an appointment it really didn't make a difference in time. My vehicle wasn't completed until about 1545 (three hours after it was dropped off). In addition, I advised the service representative when the vehicle was dropped off that I have a Nissan service plan on the vehicle and requested an oil change and tire rotation. When the service was finally completed, the casher advised I owed money to which I contested and it took additional time for her to figure out how to processes the bill through the service plan. I also determined that the tires were not rotated as requested. I have had my vehicle serviced at several different dealerships on the east coast with pleasant experience. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had in a Nissan dealership. The service department does not seem to care about the customers time spent waiting. Therefore, I will not be returning to this dealership in the future.

Nathan my service guy is amazingly professional, courteous, he always tries to accommodate my needs, I can honestly say every single time I have been in there I have been treated with kindness with respect, I have never felt as if I was taking advantage of on the contrary I have always been offered water I have been offered a ride I have had my car washed not only Nathan but the service manager Pedro one of the valets and even the sales team are all very professional and on top of that they are kind gentlemen's I would absolutely recommend that anyone go to this dealership you will not be sorry and tell me then in the service department I said hello

Omar was great. I was supposed to have a service credit for my new Murano but it wasn't in the system, Omar was great in telling me what I needed to do to get the issue resolved. Car was serviced within the time frame possible.

The only complaint I have is they tell me my car will be washed after service and it never is. Another thing is I still have a tire maintenance message displayed on my dash, does that need to be cleared?

We lost our keys to our vehicle in Vegas this dealership tried everything they could to get us going. Everyone was very helpful and extremely pleasant especially Zane and the mechanics that worked on our vehicle. We are very grateful for all their help. They managed to get us going and we arrived back in Canada safe and sound due to their assistance.

They are always doing a great job for me. You still have a waiting period even if you have an appointment which I don't like, but...always accommodating, and they offer to run my car through the car wash. I take my 350z to them for oil changes, they always offer me a great deal.

Wasn't sure what make/model of SUV I wanted. Started at Honda and after poor sales service decided to call Nissan and Eldon answered the phone. Told him exactly what color I was looking for and my price. Left Honda and drove to Nissan and he greeted me in the parking lot and took me directly to the Rogue's that fit my criteria, they had dark blue and dark green as I didn't want white, black or silver/grey. Got the keys for a test drive while his co-worker made an assessment of my 2010 KIA SUV for a possible trade-in. Made me an offer and left to think about it while doing some shoe shopping! He called me and made a better offer. I left with a green Rogue. Unfortunately, the next day I realized I wasn't really happy with the green (dark green, looked more black). I talked to Eldon and he said, come back in and we'll work it out and make sure I'm happy. By the time I got back the following day, they had a truck delivery and had a received a Cheyenne Red which was what I wanted, a vivid color! We started to write up the red and Zaid who helped me with the green Rogue learning all it's functions...called from the parking lot and had another red but with some upgrades I didn't ask for. We looked at that one and the upgrades made me that much happier; tinted windows, AWD, alloyed wheels...it was worth the extras and again Eldon and his GM worked with me to get this car in my budget. Unfortunately, the service department was closed and no one was in to check out the new delivery so I had to leave in my KIA. But...Eldon agreed to bring the red Rogue to me the next day after service checked it out. I live in southern Utah and he came to me!!! That's customer service! The original red would have been great, but I would have added tinted windows...thanks to Zaid finding the upgraded red and Eldon working his magic, I'm so happy! I've never had a Nissan before and love this car. I had 2 KIA's previously and am hooked on my Rogue now. This dealership was full of fun people, it was a great experience and I'll always go back and recommend them.

I called to inquire about a Mariano I saw online. I spoke to Marty who is one of the managers. He answered all of my questions and was able to give me some ball park estimates based off the information I gave him. We came to the dealership and Marty and his team were quick, accurate and up front will all the details and terms. We purchased the vehicle and are very happy with it. Our experience was exceptional and quick. All members of the team were great and very friendly. Will definitely continue to business with auto nation Nissan again.

The quote was wrong, my vehicle was "misdiagnosed" the supervisor did not accommodate me when addressed, all 7 employees I spoke with were uneducated and unhelpful. I have never had an experience as bad as this one and with such a well known commendable name it was very disappointing! I will not bring my Nissan back here nor will I recommend, in fact I will let friends and family and coworkers and anyone else I can know about the experience and tell them to make sure not to go here. It's unfortunate, however, had it been one or two employees that had no knowledge then maybe I wouldn't be writing this review however it was the entire service team and I feel my experience was absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Went in on reccomendation of a friend who once was an employee there and were paired with Javier. The first time we met he told us he would be able to give us a "great" deal, but to come back with $1,500 to put down. So we called to make sure the deal was still on and if he was there because we didn't want to have to bring our 3 month old baby out for nothing again. Cool. We came in with the 1,500 and then some, filled out all the paperwork AGAIN, and waited for about 45 mins. He came back to ask me what had happened to my credit when it had in fact increased 20 points since being there last time and then told us he couldn't do anything for us and wasted our time once again. He also offered a different smaller vehicle than the family car we previously discussed. If you don't want to be thrown through the ringer and have your time wasted, avoid this dealership and this salesman in particular.

Smooth, fast buying experience. Sales people (James Chan) very knowledgeable about procedures, kept us informed all the way through. Very friendly. Alexa took us through our paper work in a professional and efficient manner. She chatted with us and made a long day very palatable. We really appreciate her. When she found we had a lower interest rate, she tracked us down through our son (on the application) and finally found us so we could re-sign our paper work. Great job, Alexa.

I had previously purchased a car from this dealership and the only reason I returned was because of the financing team here. 2 years ago my credit was awful but they helped me get into a new car. Now that my credit has improved I returned looking to lower my payments or get into a better car. Jay Cisneros and Mel were so amazing and worked so hard to get me into a brand new sentra at a great price! They were able to lower my interest by over 14% and my payments were equal to what I had before!

This dealership delivered the best customer service possible, and went out of their way to get me into the car of my dreams. From the very first time I walked the lot with my mother, we were approached by sales associate James Chon. His friendly and honest demeanor made me feel comfortable, not at all like I was being pressured into anything. James Chon, and the used car manager Marty, worked with me for over two months and ten visits to the dealership to help me find a car that not only do I love, but I can afford! James Chon, who my mom and I call "Jimmy Choo" because he found me a car that fits me like an amazing set of shoes! I absolutely LOVE my 2013 Nissan Juke SV. Everywhere I go I get the same reaction, "That car just suits you!" And I couldn't agree more. Me and my partner have bought four vehicles from this dealer in the last seven years, but no more. The last rogue I bought I got an extended warranty, i was told I got free oil changes with the life of the warranty. With that I said OK to the warranty. Today I go in for my oil change and was told it was the last free one i had. I told them about the warranty. They told me oil changes don't come with the warranty. I said, so the person that sold me the warranty misrepped the deal to me. So I was lied to. He said you don't have the oil changes. Of course there are no one to talk to in the dealership.will NEVER buy a vehicle from again!!! It's been 48 hrs since I left a message for James the general manager, no call or any contract with anyone. I guess they are showing me what mean to them. They are just smiling to themselves, another sucker bought from us. We never have to treat him well again,unless he comes to buy a car, we will then tell him he is the greatest thing since sliced bread and we will do anything for him, well just till the check clears.

I had the pleasure of working with one of the best salesmen I have ever met! My experience was pleasant from the time I walked in the door. My husband and I did not have a long wait and the salesman followed up with us every step of the way. I haven't bought a new car in years and we all dread the long wait, feeling like we are not going to get what we want and just the process itself is like an all day event. Before buying 2015 Nissan Sentra S I had visited about four Nissan Dealerships in Las Vegas. Some of the sales persons were too pushy and just put pressure to buy the car. Some of them don't respect their word /price that they quoted by email. The price difference that they sent by email was total different from the actual price. The way Kevin Jones, sales person at auto nation Nissan located on Sahara Las Vegas, handles his customer was different. Unlike other sales person I faced, he was not pushy. He is a very polite and honest person. He focused on explaining the features of the car than pushing me to buy it. He made good comparison between Nissan Sentra and the car we initially planned to buy, Nissan Versa. He also showed different options that we can choose from. His explanation was in a very professional way full of politeness. He explained every major functions and features of the car even after we reached the final deal. Kevin is a person who highly values his customer. I also appreciate the sale manage Elie Aoun. He a very nice person and negotiated the price in a very professional manner. After reaching on final deal, the financial process and paper was so quick. They just finished within 45 minutes and gave us the key. My wife loved the Nissan Sentra and I highly recommend friend to buy from Auto Nation if they have a plan to buy Nissan Car.

Desert Nissan provided me with excellent service, and Joey was very knowledgable about all aspects of the car buying experience. He let us look at numerous vehicles on 2 different visits before deciding on our 2015 Pathfinder. We found some loose trim and small scratches on the vehicle the next morning, and Joey quickly got a service ticket written for repairs. Lou in finance was a real treat as well.

Recently leased another Altima, my 4th in a row. Unfortunately it will be my last Nissan. The dealership; Autonation Nissan, Las Vegas,NV, failed to complete the paperwork on the Altima I turned in and Nissan Credit quickly dings my otherwise perfect credit for late payments even though I didn't even have the vehicle any longer and after 9 years of on time payments! After dozens of phone calls to GM;s and Nissan Credit personel I was promised a quick resolution and a credit fix. IT IS NOW ONE YEAR LATER AND MY CREDIT WAS NEVER FIXED.......GET IT TOGETHER BOYS!!!!

The people at AutoNation Nissan Las Vegas are pleasant to deal with. I contacted several Nissan dealerships in town to determine which one of them could give me the best deal. Several of them did not respond to my email and one gave me the run around. I was in contact with one of the dealership for several days. Since I was purchasing my first car, I wanted to ask questions online before heading down to their site. The person I was in contact with would not give me adequate answers and insisted that I just head down to the dealership. I got frustrated so I decided to contact AutoNation. I'm glad I did. I called the dealership and spoke with Matt. He was quick to give me proper answers. He was very accommodating and right on the ball. The deal went smooth despite the fact that most of it happened online. Without visiting the delearship, they were able to give me a quote, work with the price I was comfortable with and overall,, made my first experience a good one. I was excited to have gotten my car from them. The people were really nice and easy to work with. On top of that, they helped me drive home the car I used to go to the delearship so that I could drive my new car off the lot. In addition to the new car, I drove off the lot with something else. I also brought home satisfaction.

I wanted to purchase a specific car that was discontinued. I called around 6 months back to see if any dealership had what I was looking for and There was no luck but a I'll keep an eye out. Fast forward 6 months later I get a phone call from Dave Froemming. He says that he has exactly what I was looking for plus more, low mileage at a great price. Sasha Najar helped me view the car that day and was impressed. I was able to get financing and purchase the car within an hour. It was a comfortable no pressure environment.

We recently purchased a Nissan Xterra Pro 4X from AutoNation Nissan. We received five star service from the parking lot, Dave Froeming and Matt Dooley the salesmen, Steve in finance, Dolly and the Service department to the front desk. We took the truck for it's first big run to Mammoth Mtn. The truck performed fantastic making the five hour journey very comfortably. Next trip will be to test it's four wheeling capabilities.
